Milesh worked in the financial services sector for more than 18 years. He was ambitious and quickly climbed the career ladder. But working long hours in a high pressure environment took their toll and in June 2013, married with a two-year-old son and a three-week-old daughter, Milesh suffered a severe and sudden illness.
Although devastating at the time, the illness provided an opportunity for Milesh to re-frame his life and take a new direction. In 2015 he made the decision to take control- both of his financial future, but more importantly of his time. Developing properties has allowed him to do more of what he loves and prioritise time with his family.
Whilst Milesh has oversight over all areas of the business, he leads on bringing new opportunities to the business. He manages projects from qualifying right through to rent or sale.
Milesh also leads on business strategy and planning the longer term direction of Revive Property. His previous experience of senior management in the financial sector brings professionalism and structure to the business.
As well as developing property, Milesh is a public speaker, coach and property consultant. He also works with schools to inspire young people to work for themselves and think about their financial future.
Before joining Revive Property, Chandni was an analyst for 17 years. She read Mathematics, Statistics and Operational Research at University and made a career applying the skills she learnt to the public sector.
Chandni co-founded the company in 2015 and has been a pivotal part of the business since then. Chandni heads up operations and works with our partners to ensure the smooth running of the business day to day.
Chandni's vast experience in the public sector has given her experience of managing large, complex projects. She also has experience of working with a variety of stakeholders and managing people and projects remotely. These skills are essential for the work Chandni does at Revive Property.
Chandni also leads on analysis. She is passionate about collecting and making sense of data to gain insights that drive decision making in the company.
A mum to two young children, Chandni is able to work flexibly at Revive Property to manage a meaningful career and school runs, playdates and after school activities.
We are a young, vibrant RIBA chartered practice with a wealth of experience gained as the former architectural wing of Stephens Cox Associates. We pride ourselves on our customer service and willingness to go the 'extra mile.' We are based in Chandlers Ford near Southampton but undertake projects right across England.
We provide a full range of architectural services for both refurbishment and new build projects with contract values of up to £10,000,000. We have particular specialisms within the production of option studies for both government and commercial clients. We are also experienced in working with developers on bespoke housing sites/ schemes.

We are large enough to possess the wide range of skills and resources necessary to ensure that your project will be completed to the standard that you require. Kate is an exceptional property manager and manages our properties in the North West. Kate’s customer service, organisation skills, and communication skills are second to none.
She builds strong relationships with our tenants and trades, and has a calming influence when complications arise. Nothing is too much trouble for Kate and her friendly, yet professional manner is something we really appreciate.
Lou has is a property developer and investor and has been investing in property since 2002. Lou has a rental portfolio in Derbyshire and invests in Surrey and Hampshire.
Lou’s experience in the property industry is vast, her projects include; HMOs, supported living, land deals and commercial conversions. Lou’s can-do attitude is infectious and her entrepreneurial mindset is inspiring.
David is an experienced property professional who has been active in the investment market since 2004. He is the Managing Director of DL Property Group which is an independent family-owned property investment and development company, operating in the North East of England.
David is also the founder and Managing Director of Orange Sales and Lettings, providing a complete property management service and co-founder of LA Project solutions, a project management company specialising in residential and commercial renovations.
David and his team have worked with us on several of our projects in the North East of England. He has managed multiple projects delivering in line with cost, time and quality expectations. His technical knowledge as well as his project management skills have been an important asset for us.
